Member Terms and Conditions of Comlync
1. Employment and Registry
The user has no claim to accessibility of this sevice. The registration of such a web-log is for free, unless you order unfree adittional packages which are clearly marked. The use of this service is voluntary. The user agrees that the typed content can be saved in web-caches and search engines. We want to remind, that the user should be carefully with publishing of private informations. A registry is only allowed with truthfully informations. If there are informations incorrect or incomplete, the membership can be terminated by the adminstrators. It is not allowed to generate automatically clicks and ref-clicks. Then the account can be terminated, too. The same fall arrives, if the user contravines against this terms and conditions. Also, it is not allowed to publish content with racist, pornografic and contrary to German laws texts.
2. Copyright
As user of our free service you agree, that you do not type copyrighted texts, images, photos, videos or other dimensions. The user is responsible for every published content in his blog. The blogentrys will be published with the copyright of .comlync and not with the copyright of the user! There is no claim for the copyright. But every user takes the liable for the contents.
3. The rights of the user
The user is allowed to register as many blogs as he wants, but we would like to point out that each blog has a certain amount of traffic consumption, and the operator pays for it. We will show us in accommodating the choice of registered blogs, however, seek to create from the 'spam blogs to avoid' too. As a user of our services, it allows you to call the blog as your own and distribute it publicly. You have no claim for an ad-free blog.
4. Rights of the admins or rather the service
The operator takes the droit to send the users information about comlync. This can only turn off when you end your membership to this internet platform. The operator reserves the right to expand these terms without prior notice or to change. Each user must become involved in a change in the terms themselves informed and keep up to date. The operator has the right to delete user accounts without a reason or locks. The user is not entitled to a weblog. The claim is not given. For damage caused by the website and blog Comlync can not be held responsible. For removal of advertising without permission can lead to a deletion of the account. There can be mistakes in the translating of the website.
5. Retention
Our system saves every login, and also every blog entries. For such actions confidential information, such as the Internet Protocol number (IP), the date and time of action and the operating system are stored. By registering, you certify that uses your current IP address and must be saved. Your IP will be used only for internal purposes in the project and as evidence against spam registrations as well as legal protection. Your data is not available for third parties and will remain confidential. These terms are valid in this form. If you log on Comlync you agree to these terms and conditions in all respects! If breaches of these terms will end your membership by the administration.
